The most important meal of the day. Or is it? Much has been made about the importance of a good breakfast to a healthy lifestyle. It gives you energy to start your day, according to conventional wisdom, & scientific studies conducted a decade ago had proclaimed that eating breakfast was the key to maintaining a healthy weight.
Weight conscious people skip breakfast in an effort to lose weight which is very wrong. It can backfire. It will be difficult to control your weight. People who skip the very first meal of the day i.e.breakfast tend to eat more food than usual at the next meal.
People who eat once or twice a day eat larger meals which again shall increase their weight. Try to have more frequent smaller meals.
Adults need to eat breakfast to perform their best. Kids need it even more as their bodies are growing and brains developing needs refueling often through food.
Eating a wholesome, nutritious morning meal will probably save you in long run. By recharging your body and brain you will be more active and efficient in doing your work.
